industry allowing for consultation with regard to pertinent aspects of projects
requiring the specific expertise of each. SGS may also recommend and utilize

Planning and Engineering
David is a principle in the Civil Engineering firm of Schrickel, Rollins &
Associates, Inc. (SRA) based in Arlington, Texas and specializes in landscape
architecture, land planning and overall project planning. With SRA for over ten
years, David previously held a position with the Jack Nicklaus Design Company
and his unique background in golf course design and construction coupled with
his landscape and engineering experience provide a valuable perspective to SGS
projects. David and his firm are typically recommended and retained on projects
managed by SGS for planning, civil engineering and permitting services as well
as construction document preparation.

Construction Document Preparation
Brad is also a designer in the Civil Engineering firm of Schrickel, Rollins &
Associates, Inc. (SRA) based in Arlington, Texas and specializes in construction
documentation, irrigation and agronomy with the emphasis on golf. Brad has been
with SRA for over three (3) years and was previously with Colligan Golf Design,
Landscapes Unlimited, Accent Landscaping and Stonebridge Country Club. Brad's
significant design/build experience with landscape and irrigation projects
coupled with his undergraduate degree in agronomy/turfgrass at Texas A&M
University and experience with a variety of golf course projects makes him a
valuable resource to SGS through SRA. Brad specifically provides golf course
design and renovation construction document preparation for SGS.
Terry J. Little, ASLA / ASIC / IA

Irrigation Design
A licensed irrigator in the state of Texas and a water management and irrigation
consultant, Terry has been responsible for the design of several major
irrigation systems including golf course projects such as English Turn Golf Club
in New Orleans, Louisiana, Ridgeview Ranch Golf Club in Plano, Texas, Giant's
Ridge Golf Club in Biwabik, Minnesota and several new facilities in Dallas
including Woodbridge Golf Club by SGS. Terry is instrumental to SGS in the
initial irrigation planning stages for the design of a golf facility and is
recommended as a candidate to design the irrigation system for all SGS projects.

Robert K. Singletary, Member - PGA of America

Golf Operations
Robert serves SGS as a Senior Consultant, specializing in private and resort
facility management and operation and the programming and planning specific to
each type of facility. Recently as the Head Professional at Las Colinas C. C. in
Irving, Texas, Robert directed the golf operations staff for this upscale
country club with over 1,000 members. Prior to Las Colinas, Robert was the Head
Professional at The Woodlands Inn and Country Club in Houston, (The Woodlands)
Texas where he directed the complete golf operations and staff for two of the
four 18 hole courses at The Woodlands.
Kim J. Brown, Member - PGA of America / Master Professional
Golf Operations & Data Processing
Kim also serves SGS as a Senior Consultant, specializing in facility management,
operations and data processing and is involved in various aspects of golf
facility programming and planning. As the recent Head Golf Professional and
General Manager at the City of Dallas owned 18 hole Keeton Park Golf Course for
over 15 years, Kim brings an unprecedented "municipal/daily fee operation"
perspective to SGS. He has received the PGA Master Professional designation from
the PGA of America, signifying the highest degree of professional accreditation
available. Kim has recently formed his own consulting company providing
technical solutions for the golf industry.
T. C. Hamilton, GCSAA

Agronomy
T.C. is a member of the Golf Course Superintendents Association of America and
President of HB Landscape and Irrigation Services. As a former superintendent at
Dallas Country Club and Gleneagles Country Club, Mr. Hamilton provides an
agronomic perspective to SGS during planning, consulting and operational phases
of many projects.
Greg Faulkner, A.I.A.

Clubhouse Design
Vice President of Humphrey's and Partners Architects of Dallas and Senior
Project Architect, Greg and his firm have been responsible for the design of
several golf clubhouses including Country View Golf Club for the City of
Lancaster and Sky Valley Golf Club in Solano County, California. Mr. Faulkner
assists SGS during the programming phases for clubhouse and support facilities
and is offered as a candidate to design many facilities.

A principle in the firm of Clements, Allen, Woods and Margolis, P.C. in Dallas,
Mr. Allen brings over 20 years of real estate experience to SGS along with
corporate and labor specialization from the firm. Mr. Allen consults with SGS on
all legal matters related to golf facility planning, development and operations.
Jon M. Bradley, CPA, DFE, AEP

Accounting
A principle in the firm of Weaver and Tidwell, LLP, Jon brings an extensive golf
related accounting experience to SGS. Jon and his firm have provided accounting
services for several golf and resort projects and facilities along with several
individuals of note in the industry including Byron Nelson. Mr. Bradley and his
firm consult with SGS on all accounting matters related to golf facility
planning, development and operations.
Brent S. Rice -
Finance
Brent is a principle in Rice Enterprises which he co-owns with his father,
Larry, who specializes in retail and commercial real estate. Brent has an
extensive background in mortgage finance consulting with firms such as Archon,
Bombardier, Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan and Bank of America. Brent provides
specific finance consulting for SGS on various golf development projects.
Tony R. Dawson -
Lodging and Resorts
A principle in the firm of Limited Edition Holdings based in Austin, Texas, Tony
brings an unprecedented background in hospitality and the development of
upscale, mixed use resort and residential communities including "five-star"
properties such as Cordillera in Vail, Colorado, The Boulders in Carefree,
Arizona, The Woodlands in Texas, and Carmel Valley Ranch in Carmel, California.
Tony also held senior positions at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in Texas and
served as Vice President of Operations of six Jack Tar Village Caribbean
Resorts. Tony and his firm provides specific consuting in the planning and
development of golf related lodging and resort projects to SGS.
Molly D. Singletary, Attorney at Law

Environmental
Molly is formerly an Assistant Public Interest Counsel for the Texas Natural
Resource Conservation Commission and now serves as an Administrative Law Judge
for The Motor Vehicle Division of The Texas Department of Transportation in
Austin, Texas. Degrees from the University of Texas and UT School of Law with an
emphasis in Environmental Law along with her background with the TNRCC allow
Molly to provide valuable assistance to SGS on environmental issues.
