Lee formed Singletary Golf Services after having held positions as a head golf professional and course superintendent, commercial real estate manager and restaurant manager. His background has been dominated by the golf industry since beginning work for his father in 1967 at age 11 on his golf course and in the golf shop.

Personal attention to the smallest detail throughout the entire assignment is an important aspect of the business philosophy for SGS, with a sincere intent to strive for quality rather than quantity in its projects. SGS specializes in enlisting and coordinating the services of other technically specialized entities in providing the client with turnkey project development capabilities and support.
