Bobcat Trail Golf Club opened for play in the fall of 1998. Bobcat
Trail is located in North Port, Florida. Bob Tway of the PGA TOUR acted as
design consultant for Bobcat Trail and together the 1986 PGA Champion and
Singletary created an unusual design that drew from the character of the site
and blended unusual movement into the fairways and greens. At 6,730 yards, par
71, Bobcat Trail was nominated as one of the best new courses in Florida
in 1999 and has received rave reviews from the PGA professionals and seasonal
constituents alike.
